To my friends,
Sorry, but this is for my sanity. If you have hung around here for a while, you’ll know that I’m a busy guy. (This is not a complaint!) Driving a school bus full-time, trying to write here when possible, and I volunteer with Scouting too.
Late May and all of June is even more crazier than normal for me. Both the school and Scouting years are closing quickly to an end, and this is putting a higher than normal demand on my time. While this happens ever year, (and I’ve learned to deal with it) it is the first time that I’ve tried to write as well (come next year I will better prepared, promise) . Sadly something has to give.
So…
For the next couple of weeks, I’m going to ease up on the writing. Not stop, just slow down a bit. The past month or so has been kind of break through for me, I’m finding story ideas in most everything I see, so the very last thing I want to do is stop. I just need to budget my time. There are so many flash fiction challenges being run by my blogging friends, I feel that I could write all day and still never be out of stories inspired by these individuals. I’ll try to take part where I can, but I’m sure that I’ll end up not taking part in at least a few of them. Sorry!
Likewise I’m going to change Sunday Snap a bit as well. I will be posting that information later tonight.
As for the “Campfire”. It will still be here, burning brightly during the big push.

Thanks, I think I pulled back at just the right time. It’s been insanely busy since I posted this this. Hope you are having a good time at the Seaside.
I so understand your dilemma, Ken. It is like mine, only I am the author of some of my stress, because I keep volunteering for things that I don’t have time for. But it will all get done in the end. Hope everything goes well for you. I’ll value your time more when you are on 🙂
